An organization is the top of the hierarchy in Ollie Shop: it owns Stores, and its members share access to all of them. You create your first organization during onboarding; the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar lets you add more and move between them.

Your stores

The organization page lists every store with its logo, creation date, platform and platform store ID, with a search box to filter by name. Create Store opens the same form as onboarding: name, optional logo URL, platform, and the platform store ID, which is validated against the platform before the button enables.

Organization Members: every member and pending invitation, with role and status

Each row shows the member’s avatar, name and email, their Role, and a Status of active or invited. Pending invitations sit in the same list with the invited status until the person accepts.

Inviting someone

  1. Click Invite member. The button is visible to owners and admins only.
  2. Enter the Email address and pick a Role: Admin or Member. The owner role cannot be granted here.
  3. Click Send invitation.
The person receives an email with a link that is valid for 7 days. Opening it joins them to the organization with the role you chose. If they do not have an Ollie Shop account yet, they are asked to create one when accepting. Inviting an address that is already a member, or that already has an open invitation, is refused with “invite already sent for this user”.

Removing someone

Open the row menu and choose Remove member, then confirm. The owner cannot be removed. A pending invitation has no actions in the list; it simply expires after 7 days if it is not accepted.
Role changes, ownership transfer and leaving an organization are handled by Ollie support.

Roles

A member’s role applies to every store of the organization. There are no per-store roles.
Actions outside your role are rejected, even when the button is visible.
